Today, we have a customer base close to 40. Our customer base includes Auto component OEM’s, Electronics, Heavy Engineering, Pharma etc..

Complete out sourcing of packaging.
CP HUB enters contractual agreement with many of the customers in executing the packaging contracts on turn key basis at customer Mfg locations. Customers simply handover the products from the production lines leaving the packaging scope to Concept Packaging HUB. It is the responsibility of Concept Packaging HUB to resource Men, Material and Equipment to complete the taks and keept the products for ready to despatch Mode.
Pay On use for Pakaging Consumables
As we deal with wide variety of packaging consumables such as PET strap, PP strap, Angle Boards, VCI, stretch film etc., we can maintain stock of these items at customer facilities(these inventory will be in the books of Concept Packaging HUB) and customer can consume as and when they require and Concept Packaging HUB. will replenish the stocks on periodic basis (based on the consumption pattern) and raise invoice once a month based on the actual consumption. This will reduce significant management bandwidth in purchasing process, follow-up activity and paper work and all consumables are available 24x7.
HUB and SPOKE Facility
Concept Packaging HUB works with the concept of “HUB and SPOKE” to support customers packaging material requirements, by manufacturing High Quality Boards and other packaging material at Mother plant (based at Attibelle) and ship material (Freight optimized manner) to satellite facilities, so that material can be value added and supplied to Customer
VMI in Packaging.
For our customers, where packaging volumes are justified and if the precious floor space is being occupied by empty cartons and Pallets, as this situation may warrant to hold few days of Packaging inventories to address spike in production. For such type of voluminous customers we manage the inventories setting up a ware house close to their facilities and supply the same in frequent intervals.
Packaging Automation.
WE study the current production lines and catpture the data on out put, down time, line inspection etc., we design packaging lines to synchronise the production lines so that Packaging will not become bottle neck for Production. To that we enter an agreement with customer to invest on Capital equipment to minimize their CAPEX out flow towards packaging equipment. We also follow BOOT system so that element of Automation is taken care.
Re usable and Returnable Packaging solutions.
We use composite material and design a pack so that same box or same pack is used for several times. This is very cost effective in case of #1 Internal Plant movements, #2. Inbound material #3. Outbound material #4. Inter plant value added operations. We use Injection Moulded Bins, Plastic Pallets, PP Boxes, PU Foams and PE foams for more durability.
